🐻 Tiny Cubs, Big Lessons These two cubs were born just this spring, still so small, clumsy, and full of curiosity. What may look like playful wrestling is actually something much bigger: learning. 💔I wish we could stand between them and harm, throw our bodies in the way if that’s what it took. But more than anything, I wish we didn’t have to. I wish the world saw their worth without needing our outrage. Animals are sacred. Bears are sacred. And they deserve to live without violence, without needing us to fight for what should already be theirs.

Killing apex predators to preserve other hunting opportunities is not conservation, current science and evidence does not support this strategy. The predators numbers are low following a”cull” while the prey base remains will lead to predators increasing reproductive efforts. This will be a short lived solution. Inefficient, immoral and doesn’t address the true cause of conflict

Moreover, bears generate far more revenue through tourism than the costly and wasteful practice of aerial shooting, which also squanders taxpayer dollars. Let’s choose conservation over destruction. Do the right thing and stop this!

We humans are multiplying exponentially , disrupting all balance on the planet . And most of this population has been born brainless to say the least , and on top of that greedy . I think Instagram protests will not work at all . There need to be bodies who should stop these kinds of slaughter of animals .

@govdunleavy @adfg.official @marypeltola You should be feeling shame. This does not preserve the ecosystem. This will lose you support. Change the laws to change your own fate, otherwise you will be known as the folks who got fired because you decided brutally slaughtering bears was an acceptable policy. How embarrassing for you. How world-ending for those bears. You demonstrate no care or respect for living beings.
