I bet every single person on that street could lift that box if they didn't try to lift it with their arms. None of them were using their legs, only their arms. Of course you're going to fail to lift it if you don't use your body mechanics. Get under the bar and hold the bar as close as you can to your chest, position your elbows in front of your hands, lean back a bit, and lift with your legs and I guarantee it'll come off the ground even if you're the weakest person in this video
