Designed by Koto in collaboration with Habitat First Group, this new collection of luxury floating homes redefines waterside living. Located at Silverlake — a design-led holiday estate in the heart of Dorset — the project introduces a limited series of sustainable houseboats that blend minimalism, comfort, and deep connection to the landscape. Surrounded by lakes, heathland, and forest trails, the setting invites a slower, more intentional pace of life. Two models — Uku (one-bedroom) and Shio (two-bedroom) — offer refined interiors with bespoke finishes, expansive glazing, and calm, light-filled spaces that open seamlessly onto the water.
