I love me some dumplings! When I was a kid my uncle would send over bags and bags of frozen dumplings and I could eat a bowl of 20 by myself. I think they are the world’s most perfect food with protein, carbs and veggies all in one delectable bite! 🥟 my favorite is the traditional pork and cabbage. What’s yours?

Pork and cabbage is my favourite too. But recently I tried crab roe with shrimp and pork dumplings and the umami is unmatched!
