“I have had very good results working with people who are creative and who surprise,” television and film executive Josh Sapan says. “And so I learned to step away.” He credits his success in the industry, at least in part, to giving creative people the freedom to do what they do best. Designed by Koto in collaboration with Habitat First Group, this new collection of luxury floating homes redefines waterside living. Located at Silverlake — a design-led holiday estate in the heart of Dorset — the project introduces a limited series of sustainable houseboats that blend minimalism, comfort, and deep connection to the landscape. Surrounded by lakes, heathland, and forest trails, the setting invites a slower, more intentional pace of life. Two models — Uku (one-bedroom) and Shio (two-bedroom) — offer refined interiors with bespoke finishes, expansive glazing, and calm, light-filled spaces that open seamlessly onto the water.
