Buyers, be aware: Zara’s customer service is practically non-existent and the brand isn’t honoring refunds. I used to always return my purchases at a store but recently since I bought several items and only kept some, I decided ship the others back, all in the same box, using the same USPS label provided by Zara (I was charged for it). It’s been over a month and Zara only refunded 9 out of the 30 returned items and since then have not answered my refund requests. The refund is missing $ 1.357,09 and it’s impossible that they have missed the other items inside this big box. My USPS receipt says the box’s weight was over 34 lbs, so clearly there were more than 9 items being returned. I haven’t used any of the clothes and they all have their intact tags in them. I searched online and there are thousans of customers complaining about the same issues on Zara’s social media pages and reddit. Please be careful as this brand isn’t doing business the way it used to.
