I worked at Ansett in Sydney for 4 years and would fly up to Sunsine Coast to work on my property. One Friday afternoon, the pilot offered me "The Jump Seat", between him and the co pilot. Flying above the clouds, watching the Sunset, then coming in to land at Brisbane Airport, with the Runway Lights lit up on the one mile long Runway was an unforgettable experience

At the Christmas Party, everyone recieved a door prize. Mine was a free weekemd car hire (new Commodore) from any major Australian airport, so I chose Brisbane and had a weekend up at Noosa. Stayed with friends & went out for a Great dinner, Great wine.
