1 year since surgery - celebrating this milestone

1 year since surgery - celebrating this milestone and how far I’ve come since my dirt bike accident last year. Still working hard and have more to do but I’m feeling SO much stronger. Im jumping off really tall boxes! Even just a few weeks ago I would have been terrified to do that. But one day at a time, one exercise at a time I’ve built not only my physical strength, but also my mental confidence. We travel so much and I’ve had Physical Therapists helping me in different cities throughout this year. Thank you Dr. Ryan Chow at @reload.pt for pushing me each and every day. You have been such an integral part of my healing process. I couldn’t have done it without you!!! #InjuryUpdate 💪🏼
