#ADHD三種類型 ⬇️ 🔹 1. 注意力不足型（Inattentive Type） • 容易分心、發呆走神 • 經常遺失物品（如手機、鑰匙） • 忘記事情、做事容易跳步驟 • 執行任務時缺乏組織與持續力 • 有時會陷入 Hyperfocus（超專注），對感興趣的事物全神貫注，其他事反而無法集中 🔹 2. 過動衝動型（Hyperactive-Impulsive Type） • 難以安靜坐著，身體總在動 • 說話快、常打斷別人或搶話 • 情緒反應快，衝動下行動 • 腦袋活動頻繁、無法放空 • 就算在休息，思緒也不斷切換 • 入睡困難，因為大腦停不下來 • 容易 Overstimulated，大腦被過多刺激弄得焦躁難靜 🔹 3. 混合型（Combined Type） • 同時具有注意力不足與過動衝動特質 • 是最常見的 ADHD 類型 • 表現多樣，狀況視環境與壓力而變 ⸻ 我老婆屬於外表冷靜，但內心像腦內馬拉松，一次想好幾件事，想停也停不下來。（沒辦法發呆😂） 這種情況在女性 ADHD 中很常見，稱為「腦內過動（mental hyperactivity）」。 ⸻ 💬 ADHD 並不是懶散或不負責任，而是大腦處理資訊的方式與眾不同。透過理解與支持，每一種特質都可以成為優勢✨ Via @akyniwa @dt.perry #Adhd #注意力不足過動症 #理解勝過責備 #鄭靚歆
