@zara im stil waiting for a refund thats owed to me for over 2 Weeks, none of your customercare staff are doing anything about it, im just getting fobbed off all the time or they end the chat, im getting rather annoyed and impatient, quick enough taking the money but not refunding when ZARA sent me the WRONG size in the first place!!! @zara @zaracare

Me encanta zara, pero no entiendo que la info sea en inglés, cuando estamos en España. Me descoloca. Además,me encantaría que hubiera outfits más variados. Para todo tipo de gustos, como más coloridos, o con detalles, etc. Yo recuerdo comprar ropa muy bonita, pero ya no la encuentro 😢
