I'm surprised 🤔 about @microsoft Feedback hub for @windows users. I've left a few comments there, such as suggesting updating the message displayed when hovering over the battery charging status, and commented on other users' problems in English and French without any interaction during my first month of active use of the internal app. AI certainly won't solve these interruptions due to lack of data.

Minutes wasted today with your "customer service 93! At my hourly rate I should bill you £450. I renewed my 365 subscription, said I had let it lapse because it didn't let me sign in, was persuaded to pay and "we'll sort it out" and then transfered to "technical support" who said a few perfunctory words before putting me on hold with mind bendingly bad muzac for 90 minutes before cutting me off. I am apologetic. There is no way back in to contact a human and I cannot access my account despite having paid my money for it. Want do you propose to do?
