I often spend £100+ on the website every few weeks but sadly you have removed the reviews section off the website?? This is VITAL so we know what size to buy!! H&M sizing is so unpredictable that I would never buy without reading a review first. Coupled wotht eh fact you now charge for returns, it seems like another money making scheme as the return margin will be even higher now. Hopefully you will be returning this feature soon, as sadly you will lose a lot of loyal costumers like myself!

Auch auf die Erstattung kann man lange warten… Rücksendung am 3.7., Eingang der Retoure am 6.7. , Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige! Finde ich unfassbar! In der App keine Möglichkeit der Klärung, Fall über Paypal eröffnet, aber auch da null Reaktion… sehr schade…

Buongiorno, vorrei esporre la mia lamentela in merito alle tempistiche per gli ordini online. Mi sembra veramente assurdo dopo 11 giorni dall’ordine, ricevere la seconda mail da parte vostra che mi dice: “non ci siamo dimenticati di te, il tuo ordine é in preparazione”, si avete capito bene, in preparazione, non in arrivo. Dovrò fare la restituzione con richiesta di rimborso, perché ciò che avevo ordinato non mi serve più. Servizio pessimo.

Tja, leider musste ich gerade feststellen, dass das Bonusprogramm gar kein Bonusprogramm ist. Die erworbenen Punkte werden abgezogen, aber nicht eingelöst, wenn man etwas zurückschickt. Bei einer Rücksendung ist der Bonusgutschein weg und man zahlt trotzdem noch die Rücksendegebühr. Darüber wird man vorher nicht informiert. Die Punkte sind weg, man bekommt keinen Bonus und zahlt zusätzlich die Rücksendegühr, die Mitgliedschaft lohnt sich also kaum.
