🍫🤯🍫 Pastry chef @amauryguichon (Amaury Guichon) knows how to go big for the holidays. “When it comes to holiday food, it’s all about abundance — and obviously for me, it is all about the desserts,” says the Las Vegas-based chocolatier. “This year as a new tradition, I’m organizing a chocolate-sculpting contest at home with my family. I’ll be the judge.” When it comes to finding inspiration for his chocolate masterpieces, Amaury searches for objects that he believes will translate into chocolate — and he credits his following on Instagram for encouraging him to continue to raise the (chocolate) bar. 😉 “My audience pushes me to be more creative and more daring.
