I also got scammed by Amazon previous month , i ordered boat 450 pro headphones, I open the box and my headphones was missing in the package, and they returned my empty box and didn't refund me , my 1629 rs was gone😢😢 , Now I will never order anything from Amazon ❤️🙌

Someone I’m assuming an Amazon vendor stole my debit card information and created another account and got a prime subscription. What is ridiculous is when I reached out to Amazon customer service I was told I cannot get a refund for this unauthorized purchase because it was on another account and I didn’t know the name. Well of course I don’t know the persons name they stole my information. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. How you guys will protect the person who is stealing peoples credit card information and creating accounts but I can’t get a refund. The exact words from customer service. “However as this charge is on another account we do not have the access and we are not authorized to make any change and we do not have any more details and only able to see the name from my end who have the access to your account. And due to security reasons I am not able to share directly”.
