I’m writing to share my disappointment with the service I received at your Helsinki store. After waiting outside for nearly an hour, I was finally allowed in. When I politely asked for water, I was told the "kitchen is closed," which felt very unkind — especially coming from a luxury brand known for its service. I had selected two belts, and my husband stepped out briefly to get our passports for billing. I explained he would return in just a few minutes, but the staff still insisted I leave as the store was closing. Despite my polite request to wait, I was asked to exit. My husband arrived just then, and we managed to buy only one belt — but the experience left me feeling rushed, unwelcome, and disrespected. This experience has completely changed my impression of the Louis Vuitton brand. I now feel very negatively about it. For a brand that charges so much for its products and prides itself on exceptional service, not even offering a simple glass of water or a few extra minutes to complete a purchase was extremely disappointing.
