Hey, Amazon! You picked up my product, and now you're refusing to issue a refund?! What's the deal? Why did you even bother picking it up if you weren't going to honor the return? This is beyond dishonest – you're keeping both my money AND the product! If you're not going to refund me, return my item immediately! I received the wrong product, filed a complaint, and after four days of investigation, you approved the return. Now, you're going back on your word? I'm shocked at Amazon's deceit, especially for a company of your size! The pickup agent checked everything and took the item. If the item wasn't correct, the agent wouldn't have taken it. Whatever issue you have with your agent is between you and them; I shouldn't be penalized for it! I sent the correct product, and I demand my money back NOW!
