Hello, I am writing from Türkiye. I am a Samsung TV user. I bought it for my dowry. Three months after the installation, it gave a panel fault. The authorized service changed the panel. Now it gave a motherboard and panel fault. I am in a victim situation. I explained the situation to the Samsung solution team. They said that you can have it repaired for a fee. It costs 18 thousand. If the TV gives such major faults in such a short time, I say that the product should be replaced with a new one. But the solution team does not solve my problem. Can you please help me in this regard? I had chosen Samsung for its quality and durability, but I was disappointed. Ordinary brand TVs offer a longer period of fault-free use. People around me say that they use it without any problems.

@Samsung is of very poor quality, they have no after-sales service, no service, no spare parts. I have a dishwasher, it worked for 2 years and broke in May 2024, the service came, changed the touch plate, charged me and they had to change a belt again because it still didn't work, they never came back. they don't have the spare part!!!! Today a dishwasher costs $1,500,000.- the unfinished repair charged me $200,000.- today they offer to take my dishwasher and compensate me with $137,445.- I still don't understand if they are taking me for a ride or really @samsungargentina have problems!!!
