George is irreplaceable, there is no other like him, they have a great treasure, not only is he the good spirit of the group, he has incredibly demonstrated his work and never ceases to amaze, he has high capabilities. He has stood up in every challenge, not only in the consistent status, he has been bold to challenge that concept and reach more positions, we have seen how he fights. There are a lot of rumors now about Max, all drivers are nobly respected, but let's not undermine how wonderful it has been to have seen George here, it's amazing to see how he has fought to keep Mercedes' high standards.
