H&M PHUKET Festival Centre, I would like to inform you that I am upset because the product I purchased was not accepted to be exchanged due to its small size. I wanted the same product in a larger size, and I was informed that the product could not be exchanged because it was on sale. Note that the product I purchased was not on sale, and the seller offered me a 10% discount if I subscribed to the H&M program, knowing that I was willing to pay the full price without a discount. I was not informed upon purchase that the product could not be exchanged. Is it reasonable that the same product can not be exchanged for a larger size? This is unreasonable, and I have never experienced such a situation in my life in any country I have visited. In the end, I paid the amount for the product again. Unfortunately, I am a regular customer of H&M in all the countries I travel to. The Manager Mr. Marine the Manager there was uncooperative

Ich bin richtig sauer.... einfach die Rückgabefrist von 30 auf 14 Tage für Sale Artikel gekürzt und 0 Kulanz während der Umsetzungszeit! Kundenservice überhaupt nicht hilfreich! Ich ärgere mich und das waren somit meine letzten Bestellungen bei h&m!!! 😑 Ist mir echt noch nie passiert und ich bestelle regelmäßig, trotz der Rücksendegebühren und neuerdings auch Versandkosten! Und tschüss!
