TRADITIONAL ART?!! Low key feels awkward after having only uploaded digital illustrations for the past three years🤸♀️➰ . . . I’ve been sketching for fun lately, which I haven’t done in years. Usually I only sketch for the sole purpose of mapping out an illustration. But just messing around and drawing random stuff I find interesting?? Oh my god, it’s amazing. I forgot drawing was supposed to be fun lol I mean, obviously I enjoy painting. But it’s more like climbing a steep mountain, enjoying the view and sense of accomplishment once I’m at the apex. Truly nothing beats the feeling of having spent ages at an illustration and feeling like you’ve accomplished something special But this carefree and silly joy of just sketching almost feel foreign at this point. Going back to the basics is like, healing my inner child or something lol
