I have been incorrectly charged by uber MULTIPLE “City Congestion Fee”’s - yet when I try to get any help on your app I’m being told you only give refunds for incorrect charges that are <30 days old? And yet you can still get away with incorrect charges??

I replied on another video you guys posted and got no response I ordered some food and it was completely wrong took photos and still was told that I couldn’t get a refund then was told that it would be looked into and I’d have an answer in 48 hours it’s been 8 days no answer no nothing still telling me not eligible when the things I received were obviously completely different from what I actually ordered and still no response back I was even told by one of your customer care specialist “ you can’t just wait for someone to email you back?” & “ you can’t just wait for your money back?” This is after the 48 hours has passed and I’m trying to figure out wats going on I paid $32 for boneless wings bone in wings and 2 sides of fries with extra ranch what I received was 4 tenders and 1 fry and I even confirmed with the wingstop the food was wrong he put my name on the wrong bag and I couldn’t eat anything else tht night because the wingstop was closed. I should file a lawsuit the amount of unresolved issues I’ve had with you alls buisness your the only food delivery service that makes it hard to get a refund for poor service

so theres a businesswoman and u have to unlock her briefcase to get the last ticket to the party bus u still have to drive to. the party bus take u to a robot fortune teller then u make a list of healthy food but u get wine instead. then the robot fortune teller becomes your target. after u kill said robot fortune teller, you enjoy some sushi a really cool chef made u on a nice clean plate. after that you text ur bestie about it all but quietly incase there are cameras.

There's probably a 1/3 chance a driver cancels after they pick up my food. I know their big smelly butt is actually eating my food but they can just sit still for 20 mins and say traffic is too heavy or there's too high demand. It's also really cool how easy you make it for drivers to get away with this since there is literally no quality control other than looking at a drivers rating and if you get railed you get to message support a few times til you get someone literate. I only use uber when other delivery apps aren't supported since you all STRIVE to be the worst food delivery service.

@ubereats I’m beyond frustrated. I placed a wing order and wanted to change the flavor right after it was confirmed. But your app has no option to modify, and no reminder that if you want to change your order, you need to call the Help Centre — not cancel. With no way to adjust it, I had to cancel and immediately called support — all within 2 minutes. Still, I was charged $29, and told to just “place a new order.” I explained the situation calmly, but every rep just repeated the same script: “Once confirmed, it’s non-refundable.” No common sense. No help. I asked for a supervisor. They said 24 hours — no one called. Then 48 hours — still nothing. I followed up six times. Finally, someone called at 8:30am — and wow, I was rushing for work. I asked for a callback after 6pm — nothing again. This isn’t just bad service — it’s poor UX and blatant money-grabbing. If the app was properly designed or had a simple notice, none of this would’ve happened. Once I use up my gift card, I’m done with Uber Eats for good.
