That's nice @uber, but where are the reimbursements for the multiple charges to my card for the same rides? I have been getting stonewalled by customer service for over a month now, despite providing evidence that I was charge twice for one ride in 02/28 (with no reimbursement) and four times for another ride on 03/11 (with only one reimbursement)? Where's my money?
