If riders/ Drivers rating falls under 4.90 they shouldn’t have the ability to rate anyone on ride experience. There honesty can be conflict of interest with their ratings being low.

The problem is uber does not have live agents we are dealing with AI , and when you get a live agent is someone outside of the us in their home taking our information and do not know nothing, I spoke to 7 of them Through chat each one gave a different answer and messed up my account, we can’t even go to an office to get help there is none, if a customer complains just get free food or free ride uber does not allow us drivers to defend our self’s , they simply screw the driver, if a business treat us bad we have to take it quietly, uber does not protect the drivers because they don’t want to spend money on having people here in the us, for example there is a business here in miami that gives the food in open Bags when I requested that they seal The bags the business complained against me and guess what uber did , I got Santion, however customers do not like to receive their food open so they also complain against drivers. And we get no protection from uber and no place to go defend ourselves.

Instead of posting reels please focus on your customer service I am from Hongkong I left my bag in the uber car and when I am trying to reach out to the rider they gave me the wrong rider where he said he didn't see my bag but bag I left was at uber x and they send me taxi. My phone wallet everything was in the bag. And in Hongkong there is no Cs for lost bag

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، نحن مجموعة من الكباتن العاملين في تطبيقات النقل الموجه مثل أوبر وبولت وجيني، ونود أن نرفع ملاحظة هامة إلى إدارة هذه التطبيقات بخصوص التسعيرات الحالية للرحلات. للأسف، الأسعار أصبحت منخفضة جداً وغير عادلة، ولا تغطي التكاليف الأساسية مثل الوقود والصيانة، ناهيك عن الوقت والجهد المبذول. نضطر في كثير من الأحيان إلى التنقل لمسافات طويلة في أنحاء مدينة الرياض من دون فائدة تذكر، مما يرهقنا بدنياً ومادياً. نحن نطالب بمراجعة آلية التسعير ورفع الحد الأدنى للأجرة بما يتناسب مع ارتفاع الأسعار وظروف التشغيل الحالية. نأمل أن يتم أخذ هذا الطلب بعين الاعتبار، حفاظاً على استمرارية العمل وجودة الخدمة المقدمة للعملاء. مع جزيل الشكر والتقدير، كباتن النقل الموجه في الرياض
