So I received an email from Amazon on Sunday saying after placing an order They said my order was cancelled and the gift card voided because I used Amazon gift cards that are in violation of Amazon’s terms to make the purchase My gift cards are ecodes and they are usually sent to me directly from Amazon as gifts for winning events , They said I can reply them with evidence of gift card ownership if I believe they took the action in error which the obviously did but the email was a no reply email I couldn’t reach them with my evidence to correct the problem and I contacted Amazon customer service and they haven’t been able to provide me with any help since then Why is Amazon like this My cards gone and my account on the verge of being locked Why can’t the people who cancelled my order and voided my gift card balance provide me with Avenue to send my documents? Amazon just sucks

Amazon does not allow truthful and honest reviews. They force edits and create unfair business practices. Their review system is false advertising. I'm still waiting for a response from Amazon. They closed my account and took my credit. They have already sent me three different links which doesn't help me at all. I'm no longer interested in use Amazon, I just want my money back. This happens in Amazon.com. Please do not send more links, it doesn't work, I cannot recover password, or use the account. It is closed!!!!

AMAZON IS LOCKING PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS THAT ARE USING THEIR GIFT CARD BALANCE AS PAYMENT, REGARDLESS HOW YOU GOT THE GIFT CARD. AND THEY ARE TAKING YOUR GIFT CARD BA BALANCE. THEIR CUSTOMER SUUPORT IS NO HELP NEITHER.
