Hello there, My name is Ali Avni Lider and i’m reaching you from İzmir – Turkey/Türkiye. Last year at the date of 10 May 2024 i bought two industrial screen model named Samsung OM55N-S LFD 55" monitor, and 80 days later one of these screens have an error like dead pixel while i’m experiencing this problem my scrennes are under warranty from Samsung, so i reach samsung Turkey and talk about dead pixel problem and they told me that you have to pay new panel price to fix the problem, after two months of communication they said that okey we are fixing the problem under warranty and at he date of 23 September 2024 they changed the faulty panel but the new panel came with another problem which is one edges plastic is broken, i told service that look that edges plastic is broken they said that it’s not gonna be a problem panel is working and when i look the panel it is working and i say okey but if someday i expreience this problem again you will be responsible and they said okey no problem to me and at the same day i wrote a mail to authorized service and i recorded the situation with pictures. At the date of 26 February 2025 the dead pixel problem repeated and i wrote another mail to authorized samsung service about the same problem and they told me that if you pay 36.722,99 TURKİSH LİRA we will change the panel. So after all these problems im reaching to you because I’M COMPLAİNİNG ABOUT SAMSUNG TURKEY/TÜRKİYE, SAMSUNG AUTHORİZED SERVİCE TURKEY/TÜRKİYE, MY SCREEENS HAVE TWO YEAR WARRANTY YOU SHOULD FİX THAT PROBLEM UNDER THE WARRANTY, IF YOU STAND BEHİND THE PRODUCT YOU PRODUCE YOU HAVE TO FİX MY PROBLEM AND YOU HAVE GİVE PUNİSHMENT TO SAMSUNG TURKEY/TÜRKİYE AND İT’S AUTHORİZED SERVİCE!!!!!!
