A few days Turkiye! 🇹🇷 We had the honour of being invited by @turkishairlines to attend the premiere of the ‘Inner Portrait’ project by @refikanadol, an incredibly moving documentary that followed the journey of four individuals who had never travelled before. His boundless creativity & humility, makes him just such an inspiration 🥹 Although a short trip, we spent our time enjoying the art, culture and history of Istanbul. But the best part? Meeting all the incredible people also on the trip! I don’t get out to meet other passionate creatives as often as I’d like, so it was really inspiring. A thank you to the wonderful hospitality by Turkish Airlines for having us be part of this incredible time! I’m not used to being treated so lavishly, so flying in such comfort on a direct flight from Melbourne to Istanbul was an EXPERIENCE 🤯😭. I can’t wait til the day I come back and see more of this beautiful country ❤️

I hope you enjoyed your stay! As a Turkic & Turkish artist from here, we are incredinly passionate and serious about art when we get to commit to it. It’s getting more common to fight against “starving artist” tropes and such and defying the odds. :) Big fan of your work!

What do you really think about Refik Anadol's art? Many good critics burned him out in last two years about the art he is doing doesn't have any good foundations. I'd like to hear your comments! If you don't want share here pls send me dm!
