The online service is getting worse @hm , the products are fine but when u send it online then the shirts , pants etc are all crushed as if packed with no care ?????? Only the outer cover paper is in place - inside it's a tragic mess - what a downer

I live in Turkey. I can't reach the customer representative. I live in Türkiye. I bought a dress from your online shopping site. It was a gift. But I can't change the dress from your store. My friend was told that products bought online are not changed. Even smaller companies don't have a problem with this. It's surprising that a corporate company would have a problem with this. We have lost trust in the brand. I need help with this.

Hi! I have made an order online. I have been waiting for four days and it suddenly said delivery failed but I haven't received the call from the courier and nobody pressed the door bell. It said it is my problem. It is ridiculous. 😢

Hi Canada post has gone on strike AGAIN….. last time was 3 months over Christmas and then an additional 2 months backlogged with all parcels lost or gone only a fraction arrived. I want to make some large purchases. What is the method of shipping you’re currently using so we receive our packages in Canada? Ty @hm

H&M is by far not how it used to be. - Clothes completly see through or barely covers anything - Quality of the fabric is pretty poor - Made more for "influencers" posing like a weirdo and not for the everyday people Sorry but not all of us want a top that covers the nipple or a skirt where ur buttcheeks r showing not to mention if u have some cellulite. Most of the clothes r only available online so u have to order 2 sizes to try, pay a lot upfront and then bring them back and put up with the cashiers attitude because I am returning the clothes ( in original condition and tag on ) Also it makes no sense to be a member as the free shipping under €30 is gone and before u got a €5 voucher for 180 points. now u need 200 points. Not to mention the customer service. Untrained staff who cant answer a simple question. I still have a couple of dresses I bought 15+ years ago and its literally in perfect condition. The dresses I buy now are max for 1 season and thats it, and the prices gone up a lot too.
