Hello Uber. I was disbanded from my account for no reason. I wanted to pre-book a ride using a gift card and was told there was a processing error. When I messaged uber support, I was told I had engaged in inappropriate activity when all I did was try to book a ride. Uber support said my account was disbanded, therefore, I have no access to my gift card. Please help me!
