岩手県の盛岡にあるレストラン『雨宿り』。 ここのレストランの壁は全部、自分たちが育てた無農薬の田んぼの土を塗って作っているんだって🤍 普段は捨ててしまうようなお野菜や生き物などの部分をなるべく捨てずになにかお料理に生かす事ができないかをいつも考えながらお料理を作っている石川さん🌱 土を大切にする事の大事さもあらためていっぱい感じたよ。 素敵な時間をシェアしてくれてありがとう石川さん♪ There’s a restaurant in Morioka, Iwate called “Amayadori” The walls of the restaurant are all made from soil taken from their own pesticide free rice fields! how beautiful is that? Chef Ishikawa always cooks with care, constantly thinking about how to make the most of every ingredient, even parts of vegetables or living things that would normally be thrown away. I was also deeply reminded of how important it is to cherish the soil.
