I began an anti inflammatory protocol and began working on gut health in 2019 after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Hardest change I ever had to make in my entire life but I was able to put my Graves Disease into remission in 2.5 years and now feel better than I have felt since my 20s. So thankful! Now the thought of eating highly packaged foods makes me a bit nauseous. Its not just food though, its lessening you toxic burden too. I got rid of all fragrances, as many synthetic fibers in our home as we could, try to only eat organic, local and seasonal foods, exercise regularly and actively focus on making good choices for my mental health (and address all that past trauma too!) I hadn’t been an easy road but it’s been 1,000% worth it! 🔥

A healthy diet does not include farmed salmon 🫣🫣🫣 in order to ensure a healthy body we need to make the body alkaline as opposed to acidic. It's that simple, you are welcome 🙌

Why put salmon in picture of Mediterranean diet that doesn’t belong to it; especially with all the med fishes that exist Also, if not wild, salmon is far from healthy

Deep in the dense jungles of Belize, archaeologists excavating the ancient Maya city of Caracol have unearthed what they believe to be the 1,700-year-old tomb of a ruler. If confirmed, the discovery would mark the site’s earliest known royal burial, and possibly the resting place of its founding king, Te K’ab Chaak. The tomb contains the skeletal remains of a man and a treasure trove of Maya artifacts, including a rare jade mosaic death mask, ceramics, jewelry, and much more.
