I would never have experienced this sight if everything had gone according to plan. I was on the way to the hotel and just when I was a minute away, the road was closed. The only other way to get to my destination was a 35 minutes detour. I was extremely disappointed and started to drive back. Just 5 minutes back into driving, it started pouring and it came to a point where I could not drive anymore. This has to be the most beautiful sunrise which I got to experience while hiking towards this volcano ( Mount Taranaki) in New Zealand.
