Same over here ..and the vacuum. Hugo is SO cute ..maybe put a cover over his ears ..the sound may be loud ..that’s what it is for Bambam ❤️❤️

Let him lick some liverwurst or anything he likes before, during and after blow drying. They connect it with something positive, works every time. 😁🙏🏼

Ours does not like it either. We just dryer her with towel and set up her bed by fireplace with licking mat🤣 or sun in summer.. I don't know how groomer does it, she loves him.

Introduce slowly. Hair dryer sitting off on the floor-he approaches to investigate = treats. The leave it on the floor but turn it on low and repeat. Then hold it in your hand off, then on, then gently turn it in his direction for a brief second, then longer-and gradually increase, with lots of treats and praise for investigating at his own pace. Might take awhile and maybe you’ll need to take breaks to get him fully dry, but much less scary for him!

Ours was! Slow desensitizing will work miracles! Start from letting him lick or eat treats with the hairdryer on but not blowing on him yet, then progress to slow blow on him (set him down on the floor so he can take his time to explore but hold on to his leash/collar so he’s not running away) with loads of treats each time, and level up slowly each time. Do short periods of 2 minutes each day (do not wait till his next bath time), and you’ll start seeing a huge difference soon if you stay consistent! 😍😍😍 GOOD LUCK BUDDY!!! ❤️❤️❤️
