Visual journal entries from 2021 of a campaign shot for @sonyalpha - in the Balearic Islands (also known as Mallorca) focusing on deep water soloing to test the capabilities of the new 14mm F1.8 Lens about to release. Tons of good memories with this crew putting up some really tough lines before plunging into the crystal clear waters below.

Incredible frames all the way. I have been shooting the 14GM also. I have found super wide challenging but the more I use it the more I like what it can do.

Mountain goats can scale near-vertical cliffs with ease—thanks to their split hooves and rough pads that grip even the tiniest ledges. 🧗‍♂️🐐 Their agility is so impressive, people often name them “Houdini” for their escape-artist skills. We all know the real Houdini as the master of escape—but his final act remains shrouded in mystery. Unravel the conspiracy theories tonight on #ExpeditionFiles tonight at 9p on Discovery.

Male foxes are often seen staying single if their mate dies, sometimes continuing to care for their young alone. In contrast, females tend to find a new mate more quickly to support survival and reproduction. Still, this behavior isn’t a strict rule—both males and females may form new bonds based on their environment and situation.

The colossal squid—one of nature’s most elusive animals, and handily the world’s most massive squid species—was first identified 100 years ago using remains found in the stomach of a sperm whale. Now, one has been filmed alive in its natural oceanic environment for the first time. The nearly one-foot-long juvenile offers scientists a rare glimpse into its unique behaviors and biology.
