We are the biggest fools ! I noticed something in the wild. You won’t have time to read this. This is for the very few who will ❤️ But today THIS year ! Storms will drown cities. Floods will erase homes. Heatwaves will kill. Not someday. Now. Do you see the last horizon? And we? We’ll still fight over language, pride, and belief while nature silently prepares to end us. The last horizon. I watched a honeybee pause. It waited. Confused. The sun hadn’t risen like it used to. The last horizon. That’s when it hit me a small shift in weather can shatter everything. No pollination → No crops → No seeds, no fruits → No birds, no insects → No balance. And no not even you. The last call. One small change in the weather. One silent break in the wild. And everything falls apart. The last horizon. A mistimed rain. A sun that shines too long. A frost that comes too soon. That’s all it takes. Not decades; one season. One storm. The last call. And yet, while ecosystems collapse, we argue over borders, beliefs, and pride. The last horizon. THIS year — not in 2100 — we’ll face floods, droughts, and nature’s final warnings. Do you see the last horizon? You won’t have time to read this. But if the bees are confused tomorrow, we’re already too late. The last photograph. The last call. Before it all goes away. These photographs captured in the wild; at the edge of the last horizon. #thelasthorizon #environmentday #climatechange #varunaditya #varunadityaphotography #EnvironmentDay #nature #naturelovers #naturelover #wild #wildlife #wildlifephotography #wildlifephotographer #animal #amimals #photography #photographer

Thoughts & Prayers 📽 by @marco.corda96 The natural world just happens to be a place where death is so frequent, that to mourn every untimely demise would be all consuming. Survival is prioritised over grief because it has to be. Case and point: this dead duck, suspended in midair by a dormant winter branch, is seen as an opportunity to refuel by those who still carry the sigil of the living, rather than a sacred monument to remember the dead. You want to talk about privilege, let's talk about having the opportunity to properly mourn our own dead without worrying about being next on the ol’ chopping block. Animals carry the pain of loss but it very quickly gets whittled down to a muted soreness, pushed down and eventually out entirely for their own safety. To dwell on the loss would be to prioritise something that cannot help them get through the day. Overall, the wilderness looks at death as opening a door rather than closing one, and while the grief is ever present, it can only get in the way of the true goal: to persist and endure - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Nature Is Metal is powered by you! 哈勃太空望远镜

You're looking at years of Hubble observations taken of Saturn. Thanks to Hubble's long-spanning mission, the telescope can keep a close eye on planets in our solar system, tracking how they change over time. This baseline, long-term information helps astronomers understand Saturn's atmospheric dynamics and evolution. Why do these Saturn images seem so "Warhol-esque"? This is real data from multiple Hubble filters, mapped onto colors perceptible to the human eye. Each filter combination emphasizes subtle differences in cloud altitude or composition.
