LA through an infrared lens 🌴 Played with @AndrewOptics Kolari IR Chrome filter on a recent hike at Runyon Canyon and these are some of our favorite shots we took. So cool to see familiar places through a whole new lens! ❤️ After converting your camera to Full Spectrum, this little filter emulates the classic Aerochrome film. Those clouds! 🤩🚴🏽‍♂️ Perfect day for a bike ride through the beautiful green vineyards of Solvang, California. ☁️🌳 I put my @Insta360 X5 to the test on this bumpy adventure to see what kind of shots I could get using the extended invisible selfie stick. 🎥 It’s always fun to play with 360 footage because this camera truly captures everything, allowing for endless creativity when editing. If you’re struggling to figure out how to use your footage or spice it up a bit, here’s what I do. ⬇️ 💻 For longer clips with lots to see in every direction, I like experimenting in the Insta360 Studio by reframing the scene and changing the FOV (field of view) from “Linear” to “MegaView” and “Tiny Planet” view. I used this technique throughout this edit and love how it sets me up for transitions to connect multiple clips in a creative way. Pro Tip: I typically add the “fade-in fade-out” transition between my keyframes to create smoother motion when changing FOVs. #insta360 #Insta360X5 #360camera #Solvang #Biking #adventure #videoideas #SantaYnezValley

Color Matching in California 🌼🌸 Throwback to last Spring when @TiffPenguin kept walking in front of my camera while I was trying to film the wildflowers. 😅 I do love a satisfying transition, so the video turned out just fine! Try it out on your next adventure. 🙌🏼 🎶 I randomly came across this catchy song that worked perfectly for this video. After looking up the artist in hopes of finding more from them, I quickly realized something strange and unexpected. Turns out they have dozens of albums and many are in different languages/genres. A little research online & it was confirmed to be all AI-produced music. The album art gives it away, but the songs themselves feel familiar and almost too good! Haha. Sightseeing in NYC, 360 Style! 😳 Try this easy match cut effect on your next trip. ⬇️ Captured on the brand new @insta360 X5 action cam using the invisible selfie stick. The X5’s upgraded Dual 1/1.28” Sensors deliver mind-blowing 360° video with advanced smooth FlowState stabilization that opens the doors to a whole new world of creativity! 🎥 To make this video, I simply filmed myself walking forward in a bunch of scenes around New York City with the #Insta360X5 extended about 6 feet in front of me. 💻 I used the Insta360 desktop studio to clip the parts I wanted to put into this series, adding keyframes at the beginning & end to switch the FOV from “Linear” to “Tiny Planet” view. I always use the grid lines to keep things centered and I added the “Fade-In Fade-Out” effect between the keyframes to give it a smooth bounce effect. 🤓 Editing Tip: I started by figuring out what part of my stride I wanted to begin and end at on the first scene. Then I prepared each of the next scenes to match the same amount of steps & same part of my stride.
