On Thursday evening, Phil Penman @philpenman presented his project „96 hours Biel-Bienne“ to a sold-out audience at the #Rex Cinema, spoke about his career, his favourite moments, his photographs - and why Biel is more than just a stopover for him. „Biel is raw and very exciting for a photographer like me“, Phil Penman said at the beginning of his talk. For four days in January, the native British photographer was on the streets of the city with open eyes, sharp senses and four Leica cameras around his neck. The result is an impressive series that tells a new story of Biel in black and white: quiet, direct, urban.
