By darkening the edges and lifting the light, photographer @giuliogroebert draws the eye to the meditative beauty of the Vineta. #MadeWithLightroom
"I took this photo a few years ago in Germany during a trip through Saxony. The building is the Vineta, which, at 15 meters tall, is the highest floating structure in Germany and is located on Lake Störmthal near Leipzig. It’s an extraordinary venue that can be rented for events; concerts are held there, and it’s also possible to have a civil wedding ceremony on-site. I edited the pictures using Adobe Lightroom. To give the images a more dreamy feel, I often reduce the clarity slightly. I like to darken the edges of the photos to draw attention to the subject, and in this case, I also used a graduated filter to increase the exposure at the top of the image to enhance the glow of the light."
