Not normally a cottage cheese girlie but HOLY WOW this crust is actually so, so good. The protein is just an added bonus for me. I like to go for a very high temp to get that crust edge really browned - like, crispy crunchy outside but bready and almost airy on the inside. It’s shockingly good. Just made this for lunch for the grandkids (and hubs). It was a hit! 9yo grandson (who LOVES pizza) and hubs gave it a 9 out of 10! 😍

Made this and definitely have many notes for next time for myself: several heavy dustings of flour for working it into a ball to get it less sticky, mine was so shaggy and messy I almost gave up. I also would recommend a drizzle of olive oil on the bottom, this helped the bottom of my crust to not stick to the parchment. This is a soft pizza crust, but super flavorful. I would actually make again because of how yummy it was

I was so excited to try this. All went well until the broil part. My parchment paper caught on fire!! 😱 Maybe specify remove the parchment paper before broiling.
